If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 2. Description of Service CareCircle connects families seeking caregiving services with qualified caregivers across South Africa. We provide a platform for job postings, applications, messaging, and payments. 3. User Accounts You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. 4. Caregiver Responsibilities Caregivers must provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and availability. Background checks may be required before job placement. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, fair compensation, and safe working conditions. Payment for services rendered is mandatory and must be made through the platform. 6. Prohibited Conduct Users may not: harass, discriminate, or abuse other users; post false information; engage in fraudulent transactions; or use the platform for illegal purposes. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. 8. Limitation of Liability CareCircle is a platform provider and is not liable for the actions of individual users. We do not guarantee the quality of caregiving services. 9.
